Secretary General of the Council of Victims of Hate Crimes, president of the Movement against Intolerance. Member of the Madrid Observatory on Racism, of the Violence Observatory in Sport and of the Board of Equal Treatment.

He has authored “The Crimes of Hate”, “The Racist Spain”, “The Dark Europe”, “Times of Solidarity”, “Intolerance, no thanks”, and numerous articles and special reports.

Recognised for his work with victims of racism and terrorism, he received from the Government the Cross of Isabella the Catholic, and together with the association, the Silver Cross for Social Solidarity and the Gold Medal of the Community of Madrid.
