Urosa has a BA in information science and a Ph.D. in political marketing at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is an official at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and has been Youth Director of the Community of Madrid, head of education at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, and since 2008, director of the Comprehensive Center for Lifelong Learning at the same university.
