Sebastián Mora is graduated in Philosophy and Policy Master in Non Profitable Entities’ Management. Born in Malaga on 18 May 1966. He is currently Secretary General of the Spanish Caritas Confederation, Executive Director of the Foundation FOESSA (Development of Social Studies and Applied Sociology), Director of social Documentation (Journal of Social Studies and Applied Sociology), Director of Caritas Magazine, VP of the Spanish Social Action NGOs Platform, Vice President of Caritas Foundation for International Cooperation and Patron of Fundación Sur.
