Oddvar Thorbjornsen Faltin; The legal adviser of LLH, The Norwegian LGBT organisation. Dealing with a broad range of LGBT rights, such as discrimination, asylum law, family law, hate crime and more. In charge of the program “Pink Competency Justice”, which aims to raise the awareness on hate crime towards LGBT-people. There is an on-going campaign aimed at the LGBT community, as well as the rest of the population, on what hate crime is and why it is important to report these incidents. We also train the police on what it is like to be an LGBT person in Norway today, as well as training them on the topic hate crime in general.
